Born and raised in Israel, Doobie has spent over 17 years experience providing professional tours. Doobie trained for 2 years across a multitude of subjects to pass the official licensing exam set forth by the Ministry of Tourism, and is a Licensed Tour Guide and an Authorized Driving Guide.

Doobie served in an elite unit of the Israel Defense Forces. He studied Geography and History at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and then became a Liscensed Tour Guide. He is also an honored member of the Stanford Who's Who guide.
